- Saunas for commercial use: this is the typical sauna that we find in gyms, sports centres, hotels etc. Normally this sauna is between 4 and 9 square metres and has a capacity of 5 to 10 people.
- Saunas for personal use: are those aimed at private homes and can be placed in any corner of the house provided it is within the minimum size of 1.00 x 1.00; in this case, only one person can enter at a time.
